We are so happy to have you join with us on this journey of sharing the truth of the Gospel in love. The Identity Project is a project by Faith Beyond Belief. It was created as a Christian response to the needs of Christian schools, youth groups, and churches to grapple with the issues of sexuality and gender.

As you know, the project consists of creating a discussion group or club that provides a safe space to talk about issues such sexuality, gender and pornography.

The discussions are facilitated by a Christian volunteer selected by the local community who will approach these conversations from a Christian worldview.

We would like to invite you to this years training session, which will be held in Red Deer Alberta at the Koinonia Christian School on August 22nd and 23th. We will be going over the material for the Identity Project, having a detailed question and answer period and having a guest speaker coming to share on how to facilitate good discussion to get the most out of your group.

When you sign up for the Identity Project through our Faith Beyond Belief website, the cost for two coordinators to attend is covered (you will receive coupon codes in your introduction email). There will be a cost of $50 per additional person to attend. Both days will run from 10 am to 4 pm.

Accommodations are not included, but we have arranged for a discount at the Holiday Inn Express on Orr Drive. It includes breakfast and has a pool. The hotel is located four minutes away from the school. You can book under “Identity Project Training” by calling 587.457.7829.
