FAQ
1) What is Engage Camp?
Engage will be the first non-denominational camp of its kind in Canada and will prepare students for the challenges of life after high school, particularly as they engage with non-Christian worldviews at college/university and when entering the workforce. By learning the foundations of a Biblical worldview, Christian students will be equipped to respond to the non-Biblical views they hear in everyday conversations.
2) Why do young adults need to attend Engage?
The flood of young adults leaving the faith has not abated. Though many in the church know this, little has been done to successfully stem the tide. Engage is a first step to help address this need. By preparing young adults for university or work life, we can strengthen their faith and help them stand strong in today’s culture.
3) Where and when is Engage?
Engage will be in August 2024 at the Canadian Baptist Theological Seminary & College campus near beautiful Cochrane, Alberta.
4) What does Engage cost? What’s included in the cost?
The actual cost of Engage Camp is $1250. We are in the process of obtaining sponsorships so that all participants will be subsidized $550. This means that Engage will only cost each participant $700! (You can also gift a participant by purchasing a Ticket Voucher) The cost will include:
ACCOMMODATIONS: Participants will stay in the student and guest housing on the property of the Canadian Baptist Theological Seminary & College. You will need to bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, and towel.

TRAINING: Participants will receive world-class apologetics and worldview training provided by our qualified speakers.
ACTIVITIES: You won't be spending all your time in a classroom at Engage! We have planned fun mid-day Brain Breaks, epic games, group activities, and more!
RESOURCES: Participants will each receive an Engage t-shirt and swag bag. A notebook and pen will be provided. You will also take home a resource packet.
TRIPS: Transportation to the mountain town of Banff will be provided on Wednesday. Participants will need to bring $30 for lunch, and spending money if you wish. We will also spend an afternoon in Cochrane putting your conversation training to practice.
